2018 New York Sled Hockey Camp

Improve your skills and get your season off to a great start!

New York State Amatuer Hockey Association is proud to host the 2018 New York State Sled Hockey Camp on September 21-23, 2018 at the Skaneateles YMCA in Skaneateles, NY. This camp is open to ALL sled hockey players with at least one season of experience. The camp will include 5 hours of on-ice training, a classroom session and lunch on Saturday.

Coaching staff will include:

  • Kip St. Germaine – U.S. National Development Sled Hockey Team Coach and former U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team player
  • Luke McDermott – U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team
  • Mike Blabac – U.S. National Development Sled Hockey Team staff and former U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team player
  • Craig Brady - U.S. National Development Sled Hockey Team staff and former U.S. National Sled Hockey Team player
  • Chuck Gridley – New York District Coach-in-Chief and Coaching Rep. to the Disabled Hockey Section
  • Mark McKenna – Head Coach Mt. Warriors
  • Colin Gooley – U.S. National Sled Hockey Team
  • Patrick Gridley – Assistant Coach CNY Flyers

The cost of the camp is $70 and the deadline to register is September 20, 2018.

Registration 2018-19 Season, 8/18 Deadline

For the 2018-19 Season Registration costs will be $175 per player. Registration forms and payment must be recieved by August 18, 2018. 

 

Mason Newbold is the organization’s registrar, please send your USA hockey confirmation and registration form to him by email: mnewbold6@gmail.com, or mail to his address: 6182 Old Beattie Rd. Lockport NY 14094.

Will be 4 teams this season: Junior, Intermediate Non-Contact, Intermediate Gold, Senior 

Junior, Intermediate Non-Contact, and Senior will be playing in OSHA. Intermediate Gold will be a tournament team.
